COCONUT GLUTEN FREE COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
· 200 g coconut flakes · 60 g melted butter · 1 egg · 40 g maple/agave syrop or 40 g sugar
PROCESS:
Mix all ingredients together, make cookies forms with table spoon on baking sheet and bake for around ~20 min in 180°C
NB! Butter should be melted.
It is always better to use eco and farm products.
